I was terribly disappointed by this movie; it was so bad that it was funny. The writing was poor and only exacerbated the overacting of the main characters. Pattinson couldn't act for his life - it was laughable. I loved the books but thought that the movie changed things quite a bit. If they make any of the other books into movies it will be highly unlikely that I will see them.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
