A Good Start!

The wedding was perfect! The reception was a let down! It was like a roller coaster ride. Highs and lows throughout! The honeymoon had some great parts but their was so much more they could've done! They rushed it and left out the key parts of the story so when they get to part 2 it will be confusing! Hopefully they will do better with the finale!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I read all 4 books (twice) - the movie definitely did the books justice here! The overall storyline and feel of the characters was upheld throughout the movie. The only drawback to the movie was Jasper's character. He was more intense than was portrayed in the book and looked too comical in the movie. The meadow scene where Edward "sparkled" was amazing! It was everything that a true Twilighter would have have imagined it to be! I personally would have liked the romance storyline between Edward and Bella to have been drawn out a little more thus making the movie length longer and giving it some more depth, but all in all it was still a great rendition for the first book! I look forward to the sequel!
