I'm a huge fan of the Twilight Series. So when I heard they were making a movie version of the book, I was really excited. I knew immediately that the film version would most likely be different than the actual books due to time contraints and budget.
However, I didn't think that I would leave the theater after the movie that disappointed. I thought that many of the added scenes in the film could've been substituted with scenes right from the book. It would've made more sense. The beginning of the movie was choppy, confusing (unless you've read the books and can mentally fill in the gaps), and very rushed. Overall, I just thought that the movie could've been a lot better.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
