great movie

Considering how much of the book takes place inside the characters thoughts, this movie was very well done. I took 5 girls, 1 of which had not read the book. She seemed to "get" what was going on completely, even though I thought no one would quite understand it all if they had not read the book. All 5 girls loved the movie, and so did I. Can't wait for "New Moon" to come to film.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
