It is possible to enjoy this movie if you haven't read the books but this was a very bad adaptation. The characters were not very well matched and didn't have any depth, the story was rushed, and it was very hard to see the connection between the leads. It felt like the filmmakers didn't care at all about the progression of the love story. Jacob and the Quileutes, however, were very good, Taylor is going to make a great Jacob.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
