Overall, i thought the movie was fantastic. The beginning went a little too fast for my taste, I definitely think they should have devoted more time to the development of Edward and Bella's realtionship. It got really really good towards the middle, so i forgave the beginning. The end was so awesome that i had to stifle my scream of excitement.
I think that people who haven't read the books probably will not like it, mostly because so much of the juicy stuff happens in Bella's thoughts, and the only way you'll be able to know what Bella and Edward are really thinking throughout the beginning of the movie is if you read the books.
