This whole concept of high def broadcasts ot the Met is an unexpected treat.
I saw the rerun of Tosca. It was as good a production as I have ever seen. Scarpia was perfect as was the performance of the other artists. Singers can act!!!
The sound quality was much improved over last year. I won't miss a performance.
