I know that movies based on books hardly ever capture the true essence, but I thought that the movie was a bit awkward. I would have liked for Bella to be more sarcastic and for Edward to be a bit more amusing, at least that's how I perceived them in the book. Some of the scenes seemed contrived and a bit forced. All that being said however, I did enjoy the movie and would like to see it again.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
