It did real well following the comic stories. I like how it addressed some of the other characters. It could have went a little further into the others mutants backgrounds, just so we could see where they came from. All in all, I enjoyed it, and look forward to the next one.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

It was ok. I was psyched to see this in 3D, but to be honest, the 3D could have been better with the way they had it comming out. The plot line was kind of shaky, but at least it had one. A couple of good things were the twist towards the end, and the effects (blood & guts) were the best I have seen in a horrer movie in a while. I do love Jensen Ackles, he needs to be in more movies. I am a huge fan of Supernatural. He does however need to keep the same type of role as in Supernatural, it suites him very well, and is entertaining to watch like that.
Overall, I would not see this in the theatres again, personnaly a waste of $26 for 2 people, but I would rent it.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
