Absolutely Oscar worthy. Jeff Bridges excellant portrayal of a falling country star and eventual recovery and rebirth. Loved seeing Robert Duvall , one of my favorite actors

I would recommend this movie to children of all ages . My 4 year old grandson and 11 year old family friend enjoyed it as well. The 3 D feature however was less than spectacular and not worth the additional cost.
