I absolutely love the books, and hoped the movie wouldn't disappoint. The movie was no disappointment, can't wait to see it again! I thought the casting was brilliant, especially for Edward and the rest of the Cullens, they were exactly what I pictured when reading the books.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
