As expected, a bigger budget meant a better movie. Director Chris Weitz did a good job of staying with the book's central ideas and plot. Overall, the acting and special effects were more believable across the board. This book was my least favorite of the four, but the movie avoided the drawn out whining of Bella losing Edward in favor of establishing a solid relationship between her and Jacob that will be so important later on. Can't wait for Eclipse!
