It was good but...

I don't know if I would recommend it to a friend who hasn't read the book. While I loved seeing my favorite book characters come to life, the movie left a lot out...some of the awkward situations were only funny to those of us who knew what had happened in that instant in the book. Otherwise, I think they did they best they could...I think New Moon will be better because they know ppl will come to see it...in droves, probably. It wasn't a perfect adaptation, but I liked it anyway...I liked the cheesiness and the awkwardness. The book, at times, was cheesy and very awkward so I enjoyed that part of it. It was humorous and made me love the awkward situation between the characters even more. I am going to see it again tomorrow...can't wait! :)
Yes, I recommend this movie.
