I think that in their rush to fit the whole book into two hours they forgot to portray a lot of how Edward and Bella's relationship developed and how close they really became. I wish they would have stuck to the book a little bit more and showed a few more key scenes but overall it served as a good plot summary of the book.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
