Went to see this movie with my 11 year old daughter and both of us enjoyed it. Zac Efron was incredible in this movie- his acting is maturing. The movie had everything in it... happiness, tears, suspense, love, etc. It kept us entertained and interested throughout the movie. Will definitely purchase the DVD when it comes out.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
