We were not sure what to expect -we were happily surprised. The movie was SO upbeat, music absolutely rocking (all 60's bands) - it was PERFECTLY cast, the characters were just adorable, the premise, (loosely based on a true story about radio stations abroad being required to play rather sedate offerings in the 60's )and how groups of rollicking hysterical bachelors went off shore onto large ships, broadcasting rock music 24/7 from the ocean. The back story, featuring Kenneth Branagh, was about the Brit gov't trying, to close down the "rocking ships" you'll have a smile on your face from start to credits. The various stories of each DJ/crew member were simply, unbelievably, off the chain!!! GO SEE IT. You will LOVE it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
