Chris Weitz did an amazing job!! The movie was incredible!! I thought the script was very well written and did the book justice. I liked Twilight a lot, but thought this movie was a little better portraying the relationship between Edward & Bella. I will definitely see it a few more times in the theater. Kristen, Rob, & Taylor gave great performances... there was humor, suspense, heartache, and romance... and I cannot wait for Eclipse! With it bringing in high numbers opening weekend, all I can say is that I really hope they finish it up with Breaking Dawn.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I saw it on opening weekend and our theater was so loud (screaming) I could not focus on the movie very well. I saw it a second time and absolutely loved it! Seeing it a second time, I knew what to expect, so I was able to forget about the book and enjoy it as a movie. Of course the book was much better, but they can't fit a 500 page book into a 2 hour movie; however, I feel that they did a fantastic job and I think they did an excellent job on casting. The second time that i saw it, I went with some people that haven't read the books and they can't wait for the sequels either! There was a lot of background that was missed, but hopefully they'll put more of that into New Moon... definitely loved the series/movie and can't wait for more! :)
