Nothing I've ever seen before

A blockbuster movie...don't be fooled by the slow, complex, tedious even confusing beginning...it all falls together soon and you are on a ride for your life. I have never seen a movie like this ! Interestingly enough, there were no sex scenes, no nudity, no foul language and no extreme violence...it shows great movies can still be made in Hollywood without all that.. a must see..DiCaprio is intense

This movie was very good and outstanding acting by Jeff Bridges....the other characters were somewhat mediocre with the exception of Robert Duvalls' cameo appearance. To sum it up...this was the musicians version of "The Wrestler".
Yes, I recommend this movie.
