This movie must be judged on two levels.
As a movie, it is pretty good and interesting.
As a movie based on a book, it sucks. There were SO MANY parts they messed up--some for apparently no reason! At one point in the book, she plans to go to Seattle, but in the movie they change it to Jacksonville, for no reason at all.
If you are easily annoyed by little flaws that movies-based-on-books make, I would not recommend it. If that doesn't bother you, however, I would recommend it.
