mesmerizing first half. ledger is on an actors level that has to be seen to be believed. his first big moment in the film is a tour de force. Bale is strong, i have one complain and that is the movie theater was not up to par with the sound quality. a rare dark psychological thriller about anarchy in a modern city from a major studio... see it
