I understand that the movie couldn't include every piece from the book, but the relationship between Bella and Jacob was just superficial in the movie, as well as her interactions with the wolves; that needed to be a stronger piece of the movie because that will prove to be critical in Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. They wasted too much time showing the seasons of her wasting and wanting Edward. The tension between Jacob, Bella, and Edward feels real and clear--just as it should be. As my daughter said the end sucked, but then New Moon was my least favorite of all the books in the saga.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
