My two year old (believe it or not!) is a huge fan of MJ's music, and I spent quite awhile debating whether or not to take her to see this movie, as she's never seen a movie in a theatre before. I am SO GLAD I decided to take her. She loved it, I loved it, it was amazing. I kept thinking back to the first time I saw MJ in concert, in the mid 80s, and I got teary when I looked over at my daughter and she was singing along with Man In The Mirror. It was really special for me to share it with her.
The film was really well put-together, & so bittersweet. This concert was clearly going to be out-of-this-world. So sad that it never came to fruition. I can't say enough good things about this movie.
