What else is there to say about Top Gun? It's one of the best movies around.
Went with a group of friends, some of which had never seen the movie so it was a real treat for them to see it on the big screen. Our theatre had the volume cranked so it sounded AMAZING!! And I have to agree, the free poster after the movie was a great treat. Definitely a keeper. I hope they keep bringing back older movies.

Don't forgo seeing this movie just because it talks about religion. If you're a Denzel Washington fan, this is one of his best roles yet. There's a mix of everything in this movie, lots of action with just the right amount of comedy mixed in with a great story to boot. I saw this movie not really knowing what it was about and left knowing this is one I'll purchase on DVD.

I had high hopes for G.I. Joe. There was tons of action, the idea behind the plot wasn't too bad but honestly, you get to a point in the plot where you realize it's a storyline that's been recycled from previous movies.
My husband was highly dissapointed in it. His comment was the over use of CGI is what killed it for him. I agree, they did go overboard with the CGI, and like another poster said, the polar bear was very badly done.

Overall, would I recommend this movie to be seen in theatres? Yes. Would I see it again in theatres? Only if the tickets are $5. I'd definately buy it, but it's not going to be labeled as the best movie of the year or my favorite.

The movie is very well done, great action sequences, and a decent storyline.
My only complaint is that there are some scenes that could've been cut out to make it a bit shorter (it is 2 1/2 hours). There's also parts of the movie that are unbelievable (the airplane boneyard outside of the National Air and Space Museum which isn't actually there), as well as parts of the storyline that were started and never finished (Sam finds a piece of the all spark but never tells the Autobots about it).
Would I recommend seeing Transformers 2 in the theatres? Definately.

Very cute and funny movie. A group of us saw this on a girls night out and we all loved it! The tips and comments regarding dating are so true. The storyline is realistic, the characters you can relate to, and the near-all-star lineup is fantastic! Cute date movie, but definately a great movie for a girls night out. Can't wait for the DVD release of this one.

For the first time ever, I went to see a movie without fully knowing what it was about. I left ready for a sequel.
This movie has it all, action, thrills, love, and just a bit of 'make you laugh' lines mixed in.
Push is a mix of part Matrix, part Jumper, part X-Men, but mostly action throughout with lots of twists.
I will admit, there are some areas where the movie is a bit slow, maybe some scenes could've been cut out or less extended, but overall, Push was very good. I would be willing to see it in the theatres again and that's not something I say about a lot of movies.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
