Almost as good as seeing it live. This movie production got us so close to the actors' faces, you could see the tears forming in their eyes!
What I especially loved was the unbridled energy of the whole cast! A completely all-out final show that made even the movie audience clap their hands along with the cast and applaud at the end of the songs with the theater goers.
Sheer joy and exuberance. Fabulous gift to theater, to us.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
