As always, a fabulous job by all actors! The special effects were dazzling along with the storyline. However, while sitting in the theatre I found myself saying "I hope the Madagascar series ends on this high note. I really don't want to sit through another one." It's a must see, but I hope it's the "farewell' version.
Pros great story, great actors

Good but never as good as the book

This was a good attempt at putting the book on screen but there were some key moments that from the book that I thought would have upgraded the movie to "great" and those moments were missing. Overall I enjoyed the movie as did my husband (who had not read the book). I was on the fence since seeing previews and try my best to NOT remember the book but I it was hard to separate the two. Glad we saw it but not what I had hoped for considering there was SO much to choose to adapt from the book.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Girls Outing - Rave Reviews!

For my 10-year old daughter's birthday I took her and 5 of her 11-year old friends to see HSM3 and they LOVED it! My daughter says she is "into HSM again" after watching this movie. They all felt that this was THE best HSM movie yet. HSM has grown with the ages! And, yes, I admit there were a few moments in the moment where I applauded with the girls. :)
Yes, I recommend this movie.
