This was my first time seeing Turandot. I know it was Puccini's last opera - not my favorite but glad I saw it. The theatre had many technical pauses which made it hard to stay in the mood and enjoy the experience. I've gone to 3 so far this season at this theatre where there were no problems. It won't stop me from seeing one again that's for sure. Can't wait to see Carmen!.

Seeing an opera at the movies is a delightful experience. It's 1/4 the cost. Comfortable seating. Great sound. Don't have to commute into the city and have all the expense. I wish they had this years ago. I love the opera. I'm so happy I'm able to enjoy so many 10 minutes from my home. This particular opera has a rare happy ending. It was nice to leave the theatre smiling instead of usual tears.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
