I went into this expecting more. This is NOT heat 2. Heat (1995) was an excellent movie and worthy of 5 starts. This movie however was boring and lacked substance. It became boring and had me asking...when is it going to be over. In fact, heat should have had the roles reversed. DeNiro is much more believable as a cop than Pacino. It's a good story, but very poorly done in this case. If not for these two guys, this movie would have been straight to DVD. Hollywood needs to start producing quality movies again. Except for The Dark Knight, the last good movies I remember seeing is LOTR.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
