Overall, this movie gets a C+. I thought all of the interaction and special effects regarding the dogs were well done. A+ for the dog trainers. In ConservativeEyes viewpoint, the lessons learned from the children's misbehavior were clear. The brother and sister should not have been man-handled by the police. On another note, beware to bring tear dryers - 3 out of the 4 children I took cried during two scenes; so did I. I'd be interested in reading others opinion. Overall, everything worked out for the best... Dare I say MATINEE!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
