This was a first for Tyler Perry. He steppped out of the box and brught us something different . This shows his range of talent. The characteristic we would normally fnd in Madea, you see in Alfred Woodard's character, Alice.
The movie was really good. I would say that hew did not really develop the character of Sanaa or Rockmond. They were portrayed ' ( as "heavily bitter" (Sanaa) and "not having a clue" (Rockmond). I just think we could have seen some other aspect of them like we saw with Charlotte and Alice ( the white woman) and (ALfred Woodard).
Nonetheless, I would advise friends to see the movie.
