Beautiful production, superb direction, glorious music.I was particularly impressed with how beautifully an overwrought story was turned into a very funny comedy routine. I wold recommend this without any reservatons.

Superb Movie

This movie depicts in intimate detail the trials, the tribulations, the triumphs as well as the disappointments of those focused individuals to join the pantheon of the great opera singers. The movie pulls the viewer into the audtioning process to such an extent that when the final audition takes place you find yourself identifying with each of the singers and you, as they, tensely await the judges' decision.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
