The acting was intense

The story line was intriguing and very controversial. The casting was superb as was the acting. The interaction between Streep and Seymour was riveting. Streep nailed this character, at first she seems unlikable and just rigid. As the movie progresses she makes you laugh and see her actions were based on truly good good intentions that were not misdirected. ( or WERE they?)
Viola Davis gave a great performance as well..
Yes, I recommend this movie.
