Before Director Marc Foster began this film, he should have watched a Bond movie, even Casino Royale. This movie offered the thinest sliver of actually being a Bond film. It began with the worst, most unmemorable & tackiest Bond theme song performed by Alicia Keys & her male counterpart. The "Living Tree" by Dame Shirley Bassey was often mentioned as a song for this movie & would have been a better & far superior one - even one you'll want to remember. The plot was bland & had not the extraordinary villain whose megalomaniac plot to take over the world makes a Bond movie - THINK Goldfinger or Dr. No. Perhaps Marc decided it was time to make a martini another way; but like Bond - he should go back to the standard: "Shaken, not stirred!"
Tyler demonstrates his adept story telling and director skills with this movie. He has crafted a plot that and cast which make this a suspenseful and must see movie - one of his best if not the best!!
