Spectacular, inspiring and emotional

I saw Rent on Broadway twice. I loved the show and was sad to see it close. Well, I was glad to see that one of the last performances would be filmed and my partner and I immediately got tickets.
It was truly spectacular. The cinematography conveyed the emotion and power of the story in a way that I could not have even imagined. I felt as if I was there, in the front seat, and I was touched deeply. The story is timeless and I hope that it can somehow be nominated for an Oscar. Very highly recommended!!!
