The crash was just a backdrop to the story of an alcoholic. It is disconcerting to think how easily this could be happening. It gave me a new insight into the disease and that there isn't always a life changing event that begins the downward spiral. I thought the ending was great. Overall, great acting, good story, interesting and frightening. I would definitely recommend this movie.
