From the first few frames until the last clip, it really HOLDS your interest. 3-D sure helps, but it is NOT essential. The story line is a "tried and true" one but that DOES NOT get in the way and at no time do you feel it's tacky or trite. The visual appeal is out of this world period! If you miss it, it's your loss.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
