Good premise, absolutely horrible ending

For those familiar with the genre, this movie has just enough undercurrent to be similar to cyberpunk. It goes along decently, but all of the action shots are taken from the Stephen Seagal USA Movie cinematography and are shot from the chest up with the camera 8" away from the action. Having said that, the move is fairly decent up until the last ~2minutes of the movie. I won't spoil it, but it ranks up in my list as one of the worst movies ever. It was a 4 star movie until the last two minutes when just fell flat.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
