This was an extraordinary movie, from both a musical and historical perspective. In addition to inspiring the audience to bounce to the music in their seats (and even applaud some of the performances), it was the worthy compliment to the other amazing documentary created about this time and place, "When We Were Kings", which told the story of the Ali and Forman boxing match. Take your children and take yourself to see this brilliant film.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
