One long action scene

Ok, the special effects were great (I saw it in iMax, too) and the action was non-stop. But the story was weak. Very weak. The characters were undeveloped and thrown together in improbable ways. I understand that this is a summer action movie, but don't insult moviegoers with such a disjointed and unbelievable chain of events. And the new robots were all stereotypical jive-talking clowns. Not good. Michael Bay may have jumped the shark when the small robot humped Megan Fox's leg. This movie will appeal to 14 year old boys who want to stare at Fox and see some action. The rest of us? Not so much.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
