It is probably the closest to the book of any movie in the series to date. I can see where people who are not fans of the books could think it confusing or slow. These were comments I heard in the theater. There were a couple of moments in the film that didn't have the same impact they did in the book but overall it was a good set up to the final movie which should be really intense. I would see it again.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
