this is a good children's movie, but too sappy and boring to be considered for adults.

After seeing Iron man I thought Batman was going to be a disappointment. How wrong was I? Oscar buzz for Nolan bros. with this film. Dialog of violent characters philosophizing about violence, the writing gives this acting ensemble enticing life and performances, all above average. Gary Oldman's quietly intense performance gets over looked by Ledgers popular portrayal. Refreshing to see stunt work brought back to film in a huge way, what a roller coaster ride. The best movie I've seen in years. The visuals, the sounds, the performances, editing, direction, cinematography, all around great movie. Must see for big screen or IMAX even better.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
