Perfect for a summer day

This was a mother and daughter film- which neither my daughter or I knew beforehand. This was fun! A good mix of slapstick, schmaltz and modern humor. The ensemble cast was perfect and the music when set to a plot, transformed. Anyone could enjoy this film but it's especially resonant as a tale of two generations.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
