Feel Good Holiday Hit of 2009

I had been awaiting the opening of this movie after seeing the trailers. I've always been a fan of Sandra Bullock's particularly since she's a local from Arlington VA and Tim McGraw's (more on the music side). The entire cast does a great job. Stay for the closing credits to see pictures of the real life Michael Oher and the Tuey family. You may recognize Tim's new song that closes out the movie credits. Having Michael playing locally for the Ravens just makes this story hit home all the more. Do something good for others and the rewards will be priceless. Yes, I teared up at the end!

Best Batman Movie Thus Far

Dark Knight was much better than I anticipated. Keith Leger's portrayal of the Joker was indeed worthy of an Oscar nomination. Great special effects!! The type of movie you need to see in the theater to get the full impact.
