IOUSA provides a good picture of economic needs and questionable leadership. Surprisingly, no one suggested adoptng a single payer health care option to replace our wasteful health insurance payment system; probably because that needed correction will hurt many American workers and investors. Paying only for what you can afford" is a "no brainer," if legislators will also cut the many "special interest protections" lobbied into Federal law. Simplfying and redesigning our tax laws and cutting out loopholes will create pain for "special interests", but if enough people benefit, I hope it would create a system of web-based political donations by voters.
