Having read all four books in the Twilight series, I found the movie as good as any book turned movie can be. The fact that half the people who will see it haven't read the book, so they will probably find the plot strange and some of the lines and faces to be a bit humorous and slightly cheesy, but I found it to be a very good portrayal of the way Stephanie Meyer described the way the Cullen’s reacted and interacted with Bella. The special effects were great, and the ballet studio scene was perfect, just as I seen it in my head while reading. I would recommend it to everyone I know.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
