I had to see this movie as soon as it was released mainly because I am from North Carolina and recently had the opporunity to tour the actual cottage where the movie was filmed in Rodanthe. Plus, I loved Richard Gere and Diane Lane in "Unfaithful".And I also loved this movie. Nicholas Sparks is my favorite!!! Could not keep the tears from flowing!!!

I loved this movie. Quite a bit of violence, but the sound and special effects were awesome!
What impressed me was that there was not one single curse word in the movie. It kept my attention to the end. You have to see it on the BIG screen.
