The movie could have been more forceful on why debt is so bad for the country and how other countries could and can manipulate the political policies of this nation. You made an excellent point about how the US used economic leverage to end the British empire, it would have been very easy to show how China or even Russia could use their US holdings to throw our banking system into chaos, to show that the US will soon be a 2nd class nation, or to illustrate that the downfall of our political system could end in a depression or the middle class be eliminated because pensions and retirement plans would become worthless. Sorry guys, I always hate to say something negative about the creativity of others, this movie was not my
