I took my great-grandson, along with my daughter, his grandmother, to see this fantastic movie! He is only 2-1/2 and he loved it! It was only his second time in a "big" movie theater The music was out of this world, the story line beautiful and, of course, "they all lived happily ever after", just like a Disney movie of my times. I took my 4 year old grandson (who now thinks he's Flynn Rider, and my 8 year old granddaughter and they thoroughly enjoyed this Disney action film! Rapunzel is a good role model for girls to stand up for themselves and follow dreams. Flynn Rider is certainly redeemable going from bad boy bandit to a good guy. My only complaint with this movie is the healing power of Rapunzel's hair. Wouldn't we all wish to have healing powers? But we don't and therefore explaining loss of pets or family to young children who believe in the healing powers of Rapunzel's hair and then wondering why their dog wasn't healed was difficult to my grandkids whose dog died a few months ago. Yes, Yes...I know it's a fairy tale but in the real world, no matter what we do, we will have loss.

Entertaining! I (Dad) took my 3 daughters ages 8, 17, 20 and we ALL loved it. I was very impressed that the plot kept me entertained and wanting more through the entire movie. There are a few scary parts for younger kids like most Disney classics so you may want to preview it first before viewing with yonger chilren. We choose the standard 2-d showing and the graphics were still true Disney quality. It is destined to be another classic - all three kids asked me to buy the dvd when we were leaving and I will once it comes out because even I would watch this movie again.

Tangled had all the earmarks of a classic Disney fairytale remake. Princess, dashing male lead, singing, evil villain, and magic. The way that this film is different is in its lovable and endearing characters. Both Flynn and Rapunzel are completely entertaining and not in the least annoying. All the minor characters were humorous and likable. Witty writing and beautiful computer animation (which I did not see in 3D as I find it unnecessary to enjoy a movie like this one) to put a nice spin on a known tale. On the downside, the evil villain seemed a bit weak and none of the songs had any real staying power in my memory. They were still good but not as punchy and memorable as past Disney films. Overall it keeps you laughing the whole way through.

This was a great kids movie! I enjoyed it also! Classic storyline with a twist, lots of action, great music. The colors used in this movie were outstanding!
