I enjoyed this movie. The storyline was wonderful, bringing values back to the present. The acting was great. It was definitely entertaining, and the sound track was good. Starts off with Al Green crooning. If you believe in family you will love this movie.

It seemed that everyone except for a few of the characters had some serious flaws, even the bride & groom. Some didn't think the movie was funny, but I have to disagree. There were some funny stuff, especially Master P's son Romeo as he acts just like one. You have to see that!

I gave the movie 4 stars. It was funny and refreshing. The characters were good. Mike Epps was very good. He was funny when he was supposed to be and serious with Pam when needed. I did not give the movie 5 stars because the groom refused to let the bride meet his family before the wedding; but, before the movie ended, I understood why. I did laugh a lot and really enjoyed the movie.

I love this movie. It was slow in the begin but that was to understand her vow to God. Its was very well put together and the cast was great. Ms Paticia Talyor I saw my own mother in her.

I like some of the characters, but the story was poor. If people act that selfishly, from parents to fiancees, they should not marry as it is doomed to fail. The men only cared about getting laid and ragged on the couple for waiting. The wedding was largely rushed for this reason, moreso than her trip to be. To not really know each other or bother to meet each other's families first - really, there is no hope in long term with that. Just a bit of fun that will last about as long afterwards. I did like the end song, as that is played at nearly every wedding I have attended. I wish there was more maturity in the relationships - can have that with humor, understanding, and serious issues worked out.

It was a little slow in the beginning, and boring parts that just took up to much time from the movie. It was not as funny as I though it was going to be. I was just wanting the movie to end. The best part was the end when they danced. "I would just wait for it to come out on DVD"
