This was a very good continuation of an already good movie series. Josh Brolin did his part to excellent standards. The tie in to the events Of K and J was handled quite well.

This movie was interesting as you got the backstory on J and K. Will Smith keeps the movie going--everyone else is supporting cast, but that is what makes the MIB franchise work. We enjoyed it.

This was a great addition to the MIB series - tied up some loose ends, had the right emotional hooks, and gave the characters much greater depth than the earlier movies. The special effects were interesting without being over the top. James Brolin was fantastic as the younger tommy lee jones "K" character. Will Smith was very funny - his timing is spot on. Only thing I missed was a cameo from Frank e Pug.

I like this movie because of the way it had a story. Usually don't like Men IN Black because of the Aliens but the trailer intrigued me. The retro part is what I liked and wish there was more interaction there. My only regret is not seeing this in the IMAX 3d theatre which I recommend for anyone going to see this.

This was a good movie. My son loved this movie and the aliens were his favorite. Although for me and my husband, the fist two movies were better to us, this one was still good, not great but good. Worth seeing!

Love Will Smith...That is why I went. Have seen the other MIB's dozens of times. Maybe I didn't like this one as much because it did try to have a "real" story within it as opposed to alien's issues. You can tell they spent a lot of $$ making it so all of the background and visual is good. But it just doesn't "entertain" me the way the others did.
Pros great for us will smith lovers

Josh Brolin was an excellent addition to the cast & obviously did his homework before successfully attempting to play a young Agent K. The story was well done and seemed to be original instead of the regurgitation of old stories in an attempt to capitalize on a previous movies success. Will Smith & Tommy Lee Jones were entertaining as usual & the whole impression after leaving the theater was of an evening enjoyed and time well spent.
Pros well paced, great story, great actors, a good time, lots of chuckles

People who are interested in a funnier, less serious movie may be disappointed in the latest MIB movie, but they shouldn't be. This is a well-acted well-told sequel that tackles some serious business, starting with memorial services for Zed (the late actor, Rip Torn). That makes for a slow start on a down note, but stick with the movie, because it gets better. The plot is not as complex as in movies like Inception or Primer, but it may confuse young viewers and even a few older ones. The way events fit in alternate history is well-crafted. James Brolin does an amazing job portraying a much younger agent K (normally Tommy Lee Jones), making the character believably consistent. The movie does a far better job of portraying the 1960s fashions and lifestyle than, say, X-Men First Class did. Again, not a laugh a minute, but a good, solid movie.
Pros great story, great actors, consistent with its own logic
Cons starts slowly, not as funny as previous mibs

Men in Black III offered good movie entertainment for a change. Two refreshingly hetero good guys take us on a time tour of the bond between them that goes beyone being "partner" agents that culminates with the experience of watching a live launch from Cape Canaveral. Nice break from tedious and depressing political-economic reality.

The Blackstone Valley 14 theater experienced "technical difficulties" at 90 minutes into the movie. The only remedy was to offer tickets for a return engagement. I can't image too many of us will sit through the first 90 minutes again to watch the ending.
This theater has a history of failing their customers. I have experienced this on several occasions and don't even go there all that often.

I thought it was a great movie with a good story. Seeing both MIB 1 & 2 multiple times previously it really tied the storie lines together from the previous two movies. Josh Brolin acting as the youger Tommy Lee Jones was a great pick....it reminded me of them acting together in No Country for Old Men. The 3 actors used were a great combination of humor. The dynamics of Will Smith, Tommy Lee Jones & Josh Brolin were very entertaining.

This was the best of the series thus far.It was an interesting story plot but more than that,it gave a deeper look at who the lead Characters are.It gave us some of their personal History.Something that was sorely lacking in their predecessors. It was a very good movie and I would encourage anyone to give it a chance.Even if you haven't seen the previous 2. Fun night at the movies,to be sure.

I took my kids and one of their friends to see this movie. We all loved it, although we were expecting more action than what was in there, and more interaction with different alien species than what they had, but it was awesome anyway.
I've always loved Will Smith since he was on Fresh Prince, and he never, ever disappoints. Tommy Lee Jones is a favorite, as well, and so I was expecting to be disappointed by Josh Brolin playing Agent K as a younger man. I was NOT. Josh Brolin did a marvelous job as the young Agent K.
Griff was a nice surprise in the movie, too. He was like a little kid filled with wonder at every possible future outcome. I enjoyed watching his character.
The surprise at the end really was a surprise. I am normally very good at guessing what's going to happen in a tv show or movie (my kids think I am psychic or should be a screenwriter), but this was totally out of the blue, so I was happy I could be pleasantly surprised.
All-in-all, we loved the movie, and of course we hope there will be a 4...and 5...and 6!

This movie was very enjoyable . Although the characters were familure the story line was fresh . You didn't feel like you were watching the same movie as the previous Men in Black movies. We like Men In Blac 3 more than we did Men in Black 2.

I had very low expectations for a sequel, and MIB 2 wasn't all that stunning, but this was excellent and really pulled the story lines together. The special effects were amazing and Josh Brolin was spot on as a young agent K. Excellent!
Pros well paced, great story, great actors

The humor and wit is there from the previous MIB movies. The aliens are cool, the story line unique. But something is missing. Perhaps we do not want K to be nice? The young K is acted wonderfully, but I missed the old K's dry disposition. J keeps asking "what happened to you" and when we find out the answer is him (J) it is sweet, but it seems inappropriately so. I left the movie wanting more, which is a good thing, but strangely feeling like I lost something.

MIB3 is a little predictable at times. But overall a great addition to the Men In Black franchise. It is entertaining and fun to watch. Josh Brolin did an awesome job as Young Agent K. He was spot on with Agent K's mannerisms and line delivery.
