I have been waiting to see this movie since Eclipse came out last year and I was not disappointed. I love that they followed the book more closely as it was my favorite of the series. The only problem I see is that I will have a hard time waiting for the second part to come out a year from now. Loved, loved, loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A whole lot of waiting for something to happen. While the movie lacks action and adventure, theres a whole lot of romance and drama. The whole 3 some between Bella, Edward and Jacob is simply akward, while Edward seems to be ok with Jacobs spooning over Bella. The ending however was the best part and will surely keep everyone on their toes waiting for Part 2!

I am a die hard twi-hard and I absolutely loved this movie. Yes there were details missing, however it's a movie... they can't capture everything. I went with a couple friends who have never read the book and they followed just fine. I wish more of the honeymoon was shown, but again, this is a tween story and I understand why they didn't. Overall, nicely done!!!!

Great movie. I felt it had a little more of the "feel" of the first movie. It seemed to capture the true undying love of Bella and Edward. Movies 2 and 3 were more Hollywood action to me..

I was really disappointed with the Jacob/Sam fight for alpha male scene. I thought the animation and voices sounded ridiculous. They didn't really grasp how difficult of a decision it was for Jacob to stand up to Sam and break off on his own. I was hoping for more scenes with Jacob, Seth, and Leah (there was a whole section about them in the book and only about 3 minutes worth in the movie). In the movie it showed in them in their human forms for the majority of the time, which in the book, they weren't.
I almost feel like if they had voiceovers of Jacob and Edwards thoughts, that the audience would have understood more. There was only one part that did (when Jacob imprinted on Renesmee).
Other than that, it was pretty decent. Only problem now is waiting another full year to see the second half. :(

I liked this movie and I think I'm really going to like "Part 2" because part 1 was more of a build up. There wasn't as much action in it like I thought it was going to be, but again, most of action will probably be in the second part. I was entertained and my daughters, who's age group is the main target, loved it!! Can't wait for the 2nd half....

I really enjoyed Breaking Dawn pt 1. I thought the wedding was gorgeous. Everyone looked amazing. The humor was a nice surprise. The Honeymoon was sexy but not too over the top (definately not for kids). I do wish they showed more of Leah's part in this movie, and also more of Rosalies protective side - they were kinda glossed over. And unfortunately the attempt on the wolves "inner monalog" was awful. It was garbled and unintelligable. The birth scene was very accurate, and hands down the most gory of the series (again definately not for kids). As a Twilight book fan, I am overall pretty thrilled and can't wait till next year.

I felt that this was the best of all the movies, so far!! I thought it kept very true to the book, and although it left some details out, I feel that the details that were included were perfect! I got lost in the movie and can't wait for part 2 to come out! I will be seeing it again before it leaves the theaters!

I guess I expected more action.I still like the movie but it needed more action and they needed so show more of the honeymoon.. I loved the book and I guess that is why I thought it would have been better. Now to wait a whole year for the next one!!

Overall I enjoy the movie but was disappointed with the lack of Jake and Protective Rosalie scenes. Robert Pattinson angry Edward was impressive and the heart breaking scene with him trying to save Bella during child birth was on point.

My husband is a raving fan of the Twilight Saga. I can overwhelmingly say, so am I. We were not disappointed at all, as with all episodes. Twilight keeps giving superb performances and I sort of like the fact that the ratings includes the entire family. It's a must see for all!

I was really excited about this one coming out and I was not disappointed! It was great and I really love that it stayed appropriate for my 13 yr old. I did have her covering her eyes at some parts (not sure how far it would go), but she saw it with friends the next day and I was not concerned about what she would see. I love these movies! They are great fantasy and send a good message about how a relationship should play out (sexually speaking). A great change of pace from the typical Hollywood, sex first movies.

We've all heard the jokes about how bad the previous Twilight movies have been. Let's face it, aside fromt he hot stars, what else have Twilights 1-3 offered? What's more, these movies have been downright annoying to sit through because the theaters have usually been filled with screaming teens who wish they were next on the menu for Edward the vamp's love. However, it's only fair to say that Twilight 4 is better than those previous movies. It can stand alone as a movie and you won't need to bother with the previous movies to enjoy it. It also flows better and the the director depends less on the beauty of the stars and more on the movie making. Don't expect Oscar worthy performances, just some so-so popcorn entertainment. And, yes, I'm saying that it's worth seeing.

Well done - with bits of comedy and horror mixed in at appropriate times. The wolves interaction with each other telepathically was done just perfect. After the birth, Bella actually looked dead - so drained to the bone. Kristin did a great job. I look forward to the final.

A little slow. Only 1 fight scene. Very disapointed with purchasing tickets on website. Everyone in theatre upset about computer glitch causing different theatre and different assigned seats. I will never purchase online again!

Great as always! Reading the books first helps a lot to enjoy the movie. But the books will always be better. I hope they spend a lot of time in making Part 2 even better especially the ending. Wasn't too thrilled with the ending from the book but hopefully they can change it up a little bit to make it more exciting for the big screens when it comes out! Overall grade A -

LOVED IT....Part 1 is above love can't wait for Part 2..wished they kept the Rated R version as it was filmed instead of making adjustments just to ge the PG-13...plz i had multiple parents in my theater that had kids as young as 4 watching this film...
